Upload The Legend of Spirit Orbs by Babusgames

I submitted The Legend of Spirit Orbs some weeks ago, but it's not been posted. I'd like to ask if there's a reason behind this, as it's got a pretty good quality and nice reception on other sites. Dunno if it's about Nintendo copyrights or something, but that would be odd as there are a lot other of Nintendo parodies on the site.
