What Happened to Gamcore? Where Are You Guys? Can I Get Just One Small Response?

I really thought you guys were better than this. I and many others have endlessly complained about the freezing problems with the games "Where The Heart Is?" and "Water World."

Yet rather than engage us, you've simply ignored our requests/complaints, updated and reuploaded the games with the SAME bugs and errors STILL present, and for the game "Where The Heart Is?," reuploaded the game so broken that now it DOES NOT EVEN LOAD!

Like what the hell, man? I thought you guys were the one site that I could support by turning off adblock due to how good both the site and the service are.

Now I am really reconsidering a lot of my previous positive assumptions.

Please listen to Us, Respond to Us, and Acknowledge Our Issues!

first of all chill out :)) it was holidays etc.

yesterday we had some server related issues so everything was much slower than usual.

about the game freezing, we're not answering because we're trying to understand the problem. For me personally all games I'm publishing are working on first minutes of play. We can't spend days to check all games if they have some bugs in the later parts of the game.

RenPy games all are heavy, I mean, really heavy .. and web version load entire content into memory and then it depends on your PC's performance. Also, they don't work on mobile devices, that's the fact.

If you could provide us some more information about your device, location (so we know from which cache server game data gets loaded) we could try to replicate the error.

Where the heart is actually had some issues of yesterday upload, now it should be ok.
water world is loading well with the latest version.

Perhaps I was a bit heated with this post! I will admit some fault here!

I live in a community that doesn't really celebrate the holidays so I forgot about them. Even so, there are posts I made way before the holiday season that you guys never responded to. Thus, you can hopefully see my frustration with regards to this specific matter.

In addition, I think it would be a much better policy if you simply responded with a quick/short statement that declares you are trying to understand the problem rather than not respond at all. This would put users at ease and show them that you are actually listening.

Also, the problem with "Where The Heart Is" doesn't require you to "spend days" of playing the game to find. All you'd have to do is quickly speed through the text and make the occasional dialog choice for about an hour til you get to the problematic scene that everyone is talking about.

Now, I understand that Ren'Py games can be very heavy and that issues with the games can depend on certain devices. But as I stated in an earlier post, the problem I am talking about is something that EVERYONE is facing - Not just me.

The problem has nothing to do with my specific device. The problem has to do with how you guys have converted the game from Ren'Py to html.

And now with your new upload, the game cannot even be started. All I get is a loading screen that says "All downloads complete." Here is a link to an image of the new problem: https://ibb.co/JkBzmmb
And once again, this is a problem that not only I am facing but a lot of others who are trying to play this game (just look at the comments section of "Where The Heart Is").

I really want to support you guys but you have to fix your stuff! Please don't take my criticisms the wrong way! The only reason I'm harsh is because I love this site and I love the work you guys do.

thank you for your investigation.

yes, probably RenPy conversion broke some file or something is too big, or some file can not be found.
As you mentioned, we are not developers of the game and we're really sorry that it is not working and freeze at certain moment.

Talking about the latest upload and the screenshot, well, there was a server issue, maybe try again, and as I mentioned before, please check to clear your browser's cache.

For me the game is working normally, and sorry, I can not try to get to the "freezing point" :D Even if I could do it in from the first time, there so much options probably to not reach the scene because of the wrong decisions :D

lets hope that the game will fix itself in the short time.

water world still freeze at the same point before (emma's blowjob )
you can try the game it's not so far to the beginning of the game.
we can't continue the main story.

where the heart is still frreeze too.

Hello gamcore,

there is a problem with the game Melody[v.1.0], it starts to load then it pop-ups an error it says
"TypeError: WebAssembly.instantiate(): Import #17 module="wasi_unstable" error: module is not an object or function". Please help or fix the problem if their is a problem.

the bug might be fixed. Please check the game. Now at the place where should play the video, you'll see a black screen - just click to pass it .. Hopefully this helps. Marking this post as completed. If more comments will come - will look into it again :)
