The Game Called "The Spellbook" is Causing Browser and Even Computer Crashes

Hello Gamecore Webmasters,

I am reporting a problem with your newly uploaded game called "The Spellbook" which is linked here: https://gamcore.com/games/the_spellbook

I'm am fairly certain that this game caused my computer (Dell Laptop - Windows 7) to unexpectedly crash and if you look through the comments section, other people are reporting how this game caused either their computers or browsers to crash as well.

Please find a way to re-upload this game correctly or to fix this issue.

At the very least, if you cannot find a solution, please place a warning in the game's description.

Thank you!

Hello.
Thank you for this report.
It’s probably out of memory thing. How much RAM do you have? Lately we’re experimenting and adding heavy games as well.
Regards

Hey,

Thanks for responding so quickly.
I have about 7.7 GB our of 8 GB of usable RAM!

I also have a question about the out of memory error:
Are you implying that this game created 7.7 GB worth of localStorage data?

Thanks again!

Of course, 8GB should be enough and I suppose the game was never created to eat so much memory :))
It happens everytime?
Give us some more clues here, I’ll connect game developers here ;)

So I have only allowed it to crash my laptop once. I love your site but I cannot risk my laptop to test out your bugs.
Hahaha!!!!!

But what I have done is opened up my task manager while running your game. And what I found shocked me a bit.

You see, my computer's CPU Usage typically hovers around about 20% - 30%. But as soon as the game "The Spellbook" starts downloading (this happens after the gamcore loading screen is complete and tells you to hit 'continue'), my CPU Usage jumps up to 100%.

This is insane guys! I hope this is a good enough clue for the game developers.

Thanks again for taking so much time to work with me!
